The film was her first feature film, Fido (2006),[4having gotten an agent for the first time at the age of eleven. Fast was a part of Hungry Hills, and Repeaters in both which debuted during the Toronto International Film Festival. The year 2010 was the year that she played the lead as a lead character in Triple Dog. In 2012 she played an supporting part in the movie Jack Reacher. Fast was an actor in a secondary role in the 2012 film of Jack Reacher. She won the Leo Award for Leading Performance of the Year in Drama of a Female in a film of a feature Length.
